About us

IncludeYOU is a youth participation project under Erasmus+ Key Action 154 that seeks to strengthen the role of young people in shaping democratic life in Europe. The project responds to the need for inclusive dialogue and active engagement by creating meaningful opportunities for youth to take part in civic processes, contribute to decision-making, and collaborate with policymakers at local, national, and European levels.

At the heart of the project lies the conviction that democracy cannot thrive without the participation of its younger citizens. Through a series of carefully designed activities such as dialogues, workshops, and policy debates, IncludeYOU enables young people to build their civic competences, strengthen their sense of initiative, and foster a deeper understanding of their European identity. The project ensures that youth voices are heard in spaces where important decisions are made, providing them with both the tools and the confidence to influence policy and social change.

IncludeYOU also places strong emphasis on inclusion, ensuring that young people from diverse backgrounds, including those with fewer opportunities, can access democratic spaces and actively participate in shaping the policies that affect their lives. By combining non-formal education methods with structured dialogue, the project creates environments where young people and decision-makers meet at eye level, working together towards shared goals of democratic participation, social cohesion, and European solidarity.
